DiscoverIPO tracks 396 companies across four securities regulators — the U.S. SEC (SEC EDGAR, S-1/F-1 registration statements), the EU's ESMA (approved prospectuses), the UK's FCA (intention-to-float and AIM pre-admission announcements), and Japan's FSA (EDINET) — refreshed hourly. A company shows up here the moment it has filed, been approved or announced its intention to go public, and drops off automatically once its offering prices or lists (it then moves to Recently Listed). Already-public companies filing for a secondary or shelf offering, SPACs and blank-cheque vehicles, and funds/trusts are excluded — this list is IPOs only. Every row links straight to the filing it came from, so any figure here can be checked at the source.
