About DiscoverIPO

DiscoverIPO is a free database tracking upcoming and recently completed IPOs, with AI-generated plain-language summaries of official filings.

Looking back at IPO success stories is easy — NVIDIA, Facebook, and dozens of others are well documented in hindsight. Finding promising companies before they go public is much harder: the information that exists is scattered across regulator filing systems in different countries, and dense legal language that most people don't have time to read. DiscoverIPO exists to put that information in one place, structured and searchable, for self-directed retail investors who want to do their own research rather than rely on enterprise tools built for institutions.

DiscoverIPO currently tracks 395 companies with active offerings, pulled automatically every hour from four securities regulators: the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR — S-1 and F-1 registration statements filed by U.S. and foreign issuers), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA — approved securities prospectuses across the EU and EEA), the UK Financial Conduct Authority (National Storage Mechanism — intention-to-float and AIM pre-admission announcements), and Japan's Financial Services Agency (EDINET — securities-registration filings made at the time of a new listing). Where a company has filed a prospectus, an AI model reads the actual filing and produces a plain-language summary — business overview, revenue model, competitive strengths, risk factors, and use of proceeds — with a link back to the original document every time. Where the regulator publishes only filing metadata and no prospectus to summarize, that step is replaced by a web-researched overview, clearly labeled. See Methodology for the full detail on how each figure is sourced and validated.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a price prediction — DiscoverIPO is a data product, not an advisor. Every page carries that disclaimer, and every figure links to the source it came from so it can be checked independently.
