What data DiscoverIPO collects, what cookies it uses, and how to change your choice at any time.
DiscoverIPO is operated by Hawk Minds Ltd, the legal entity behind the DigitalSpring project.
There are no user accounts on DiscoverIPO, so we don't hold a password, a profile, or anything you'd have to sign up to give us. Browsing the site doesn't require providing your name, email, or any personal information — the only exception is subscribing to one of our emails, described below.
Entering your email address to subscribe stores that address, a timestamp, and which page you subscribed from (e.g. /insights). We use it only to send what you asked for — the weekly IPO digest, and alerts about specific companies or sectors you choose to follow — never for anything else, and it is never sold or shared with anyone outside of sending that email.
Subscribing requires confirming via a link we email you (double opt-in) before anything is sent. Email delivery is handled by Resend, acting as our data processor — they see the address only to deliver the message, not to build a profile of you for their own purposes.
Email open and click tracking. The digest and alert emails record whether and when you opened them, and which links you clicked. Opens are measured with a small invisible image in the message; clicks are measured by routing links through a tracking address that immediately forwards you to the real page. We use this only in aggregate, to see which updates are actually worth sending — not to build a profile of you. Confirmation and unsubscribe emails are deliberately excluded from this tracking. If you'd rather not be measured this way, most email apps can block remote images, which stops open tracking; otherwise unsubscribing stops it entirely.
We keep your address for as long as you stay subscribed. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and a preferences link where you can remove individual subscriptions while keeping the rest; unsubscribing removes you from all future sends immediately. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer of every page. Changing your choice reloads the page and asks again.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the analytics and marketing tags on this site, which may include Google Analytics and Google Ads. These only activate with your consent, and operate under Google's own privacy practices — see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google collects and uses this data.
Separately from the Google tags above, we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, the analytics built into the platform that hosts this site. It runs regardless of your cookie choice because it doesn't use cookies or store anything that identifies you: it records which pages are visited, the referrer, and coarse device and country information. Visitors are told apart within a single day using a hash that cannot be reversed to your IP address and is discarded at the end of that day, so it can't follow you across days, devices, or other websites.
Beyond the cookie choice above and an email digest subscription if you make one, DiscoverIPO doesn't collect or store personal data about site visitors. The IPO data shown on this site — company filings and the AI-generated summaries built from them — is public information about companies, not about you.
