DiscoverIPO

Exchange Calendar

A list of upcoming or recently completed offerings published directly by a stock exchange (e.g. NYSE, Nasdaq, LSE), typically including deal terms a registration statement alone doesn't disclose — price range, shares offered, and deal status.

Why it matters

Exchange calendars are a common starting point for IPO research because they show information a regulator filing alone won't — an actual 'priced' status, a firm listing date, a placed ticker. DiscoverIPO builds its own listing data from primary securities-regulator filings rather than exchange calendars, but the two often describe the same deal, so an exchange calendar can be a useful independent cross-check.
